Terms of Service

These terms apply to all software sold by Semih Turna ("we", "us"), an independent software developer based in Türkiye, through semihturna.vercel.app.

1. Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online resellers Paddle.com, Polar and Lemon Squeezy (depending on the checkout you use). The reseller is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, sales tax/VAT, invoices, customer service inquiries related to payment, and returns.

2. License

• Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of devices stated on the product page.
• You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or share the software or license keys.
• Subscriptions give access for as long as the subscription is active and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email.

3. Updates and support

We provide bug fixes and updates for the current major version on a best-effort basis. Support is available by email.

4. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
